Mark has a total of 15 years in practice, with a focus primarily on consenting and land promotion with some experience of EIA coordination. His expertise lies in site appraisals, planning applications, post-consent matters, such as planning conditions, S96A and S73 applications, S106 and planning appeals, representing clients across all three appeal routes: written representations, hearing and inquiry. Mark is adept at strategy building to optimise the best outcome for clients, which is particularly effective in land promotion.
