Mathew Mainwaring
Mathew joined hgh in February 2022 and has 30 years’ experience as a Chartered Town Planner, specialising in residential and mixed-use development. With a successful track record of securing permission and development plan allocations in challenging areas such as the Green Belt, Mathew has also advised on planning for judicial review cases in the High Court and regularly acts as an expert witness at public inquiries.
