Patrick has over 35 years’ experience of advising on a wide range of projects both in London and throughout the UK for a variety of commercial clients, local authorities and other organisations. He frequently acts as lead consultant on development teams and his strategic guidance and commercial acumen is key to assisting clients in achieving their desired outcomes through the planning process. Patrick has particular experience with large-scale and complex regeneration, estate renewal, infrastructure, sports and mixed-use projects and is instructed to give expert advice/evidence for dispute resolution and at public inquiries/hearings. He is a Chartered Surveyor, Chartered Town Planner and a Member of the Compulsory Purchase Association.
