Isla joined hgh in June 2025, having gained over 5 years’ experience working across all stages of the planning process. This has included undertaking site appraisals, supporting strategic land promotion, preparing Local Plan representations, submitting and managing planning applications, and assisting with appeal inquiries. Her experience has a particular focus on major residential-led projects and housing need work, including for London regeneration schemes, Green Belt sites and new settlement proposals.
