Annabel is a Senior Planner delivering complex planning projects across central and outer London and the South East. She provides assistance on major estate regeneration, data centre, and mixed-use schemes, and manages smaller applications from strategy to approval. Annabel has successfully secured consents through Reserved Matters, Non-Material Amendments, and Prior Approval applications, alongside assisting on enforcement resolutions and appeals. She is hgh’s internal lead on Biodiversity Net Gain, having facilitated offsite credit arrangements for a major client. Annabel also contributes to business development through the firm’s Marketing Committee, strengthening industry visibility and client engagement.
