James joined hgh Consulting in April 2026, having previously worked at CBRE and Lambert Smith Hampton. He is a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) with over 10 years’ experience advising public and private sector clients on a range of development projects, including residential, commercial, industrial and town centre regeneration schemes. More recently, he has focused on the growing data centre market. He advises on all stages of the planning process, from site appraisal and strategy to site promotion, planning applications, appeals and delivery. Providing clear and commercial advice, James collaborates with consultant teams to manage complex projects, navigate planning risk and achieve successful outcomes for clients.
