UCL led redevelopment of the Grade II listed former Eastman Dental Hospital on Gray’s Inn Road to create the UK Centre for Dementia and Institute of Neurology — a 200,000 sq ft specialist research and outpatient facility. Central to London’s Knowledge Quarter, the scheme enhances heritage assets, public realm and academic space as part of UCL’s wider regeneration masterplan.
