Francis is a Chartered Town Planner with over 30 years' experience across the full breadth of planning responsibilities within London local authorities, ranging from planning policy, Green Belt management and town centre redevelopment, to housing regeneration and development management. She has been instrumental in steering through numerous major mixed use and institutional developments, overseeing the delivery of Kings Cross Central whilst at Camden Council.
