Patrick Grincell
Patrick has over 25 years' experience of advising on a wide range of projects both in London and throughout the UK for a variety of commercial clients, local authorities and other organisations. He frequently acts as lead consultant on development teams and is instructed to give expert evidence at public inquiries and other hearings. Patrick has particular experience in providing strategic advice on large scale and complex projects to assist clients in achieving their desired outcomes through the planning process.
