Richard is a qualified Chartered Town Planner with over 25 years' experience in the planning, property and development agency sector, as lead consultant and co-ordinator of multi-disciplinary teams, to secure added value through the planning process. Richard’s experience includes new settlements and urban extensions, strategic land promotion and residential and mixed use development in urban, rural and Green Belt locations across London and the wider South East.
