Sian Thomas
Sian has a good knowledge of both the English and Welsh planning systems, with experience of a range of projects including residential, commercial, mixed use and educational developments. She has prepared representations to planning applications and Local Plan consultations, coordinated planning applications, coordinated planning appeals and undertaken consultation. She is actively involved with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and is currently working towards her Chartership.
