Noke Hotel – St Albans

Following Local Plan promotion to secure a site allocation, hgh led the preparation and submission of an outline planning application for the redevelopment of the former hotel and surrounding land for a mixed use scheme for 166 homes, including 50% Affordable Housing and a 60 bed care home on this partially previously developed land and previously Green Belt site.
