Elizabeth is a Chartered Town Planner with thirteen years of experience in private consultancy. She acts for developers and landowners across London on a wide range of schemes, including residential and commercial development of varying scale, purpose-built student accommodation, urban regeneration and masterplan projects. Elizabeth has a track record of delivering high value residential projects with a heritage focus in central London authorities. As well as her extensive experience dealing with planning applications, Elizabeth has also been involved with strategic land promotion, planning appeals and CPO proceedings.
