Ella Payne joined HGH Consulting in July 2023 after graduating from Cardiff University with a degree in Urban Planning and Development, which included a year in industry at Transport for London. She has experience supporting and managing a range of minor and major planning applications through all stages of the planning process. Acting on behalf of developers, landowners, charities, housebuilders, and retailers, Ella has worked across a variety of development sectors and planning disciplines. She is also an active member of the company’s Social Committee, helping to organise events that bring the team together.
