Femi joined hgh Consulting in April 2025 as a Planner and holds a BSc in Human Geography and Planning and an MSc in International Planning and Development. As a Chartered Planner, he supports clients across London and the South East with the preparation and coordination of planning applications. He has particular interests in heritage-led proposals and sustainable approaches to Green Belt and Grey Belt development. Recently, Femi led the submission of two outline applications in Hertsmere and regularly assists clients with planning statements, appeals, and amendments to ensure timely outcomes.
