Jill is an experienced Chartered Town Planner with a particular interest in and track record of securing planning permission for complex estate regeneration schemes. She leads on projects from feasibility to delivery across a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial and education. Jill enjoys a challenge and uses her knowledge and skills from her 20 years experience to overcome issues resulting in successful outcomes. She has twice been recognised as a “Women of Influence” by The Planner Magazine. Jill has also been involved with preparing expert witness statements, planning appeals and promoting sites through the Local Plan process.
