Roger is a highly respected planning consultant with over 40 years of experience. A Chartered Surveyor, Chartered Town Planner and an academician of the Academy of Urbanism, he has been Government adviser on several occasions, and is actively involved in following and steering changes in planning policy. His professional portfolio ranges from high level management of very large schemes (e.g. the Duchy of Cornwall’s 2500 homes SUE at Faversham in Kent) to expert witness work on disputes concerning the detailed potential of individual buildings. He is an experienced witness at public inquiries/hearings, and has strong relationships with the Planning Bar.
