A new employment-led mixed-use development at West Cheltenham

On behalf of clients HBD X Factory Limited, hgh has submitted plans for the Golden Valley Development, a new £1bn scheme in Cheltenham, that aims to support the UK’s ambitious technology and cyber ambitions by providing a home for the National Cyber Innovation Centre. The proposals also include over 1,000 sustainable new homes, land for a new primary school, leisure opportunities and green spaces, creating a truly sustainable mixed-use community.

Adam Brady, Executive Director at HBD, said: “Golden Valley is the first development of its kind to be delivered in the UK – it sits at the heart of the Government’s Cyber and Technology strategy”.
